When to use this template
- One day before the interview
- A few hours before the interview when the process tends to see no-shows
Tips for writing the email
- Repeat the link or location. Do not make the candidate dig for it.
- Keep the reminder short enough to scan on a phone.
- If the format is video, include the platform name again.
